Bi-annual trips around the country of Ecuador are planned for the standout teens of Cosanga as a way to open their eyes to the beauty of their own country.

Kids of all ages interact and are taught English by international volunteers in the community center. After school homework is also available to kids every day of the week.

One of the first projects Sustainable Roots took on was the construction of completely organic greenhouses for the community of Cosanga.
